Whole transcriptome analysis of in vitro TFH versus naïve CD4 T cells, tonsillar TFH (CXCR5hiPD1hiCD25-TNFR2-) and TFR (CXCR5hiPD1+CD25hiTNFR2+) We used microarray analysis to compare naïve CD4 T cells to in vitro differentiated TFH, which we then compared to ex vivo Tonsillar TFH and TFR. This dataset contains 4 groups of samples, as detailed in the summary, with 6-8 samples per group.
