Megalorchestia californiana Genomic Resources

Megalorchestia californiana is a species of sand-hopper in the family Talitridae. It was first described in 1851 by the German naturalist Johann Friedrich von Brandt and is the type species of the genus Megalorchestia. It is commonly known as the long-horned beach hopper. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
