This study investigates the role of INTS6, a critical subunit of the Integrator complex, in neurodevelopmental disorders. We generated RNAseq datasets from mouse cortical tissues and human neuronal cell models with INTS6 deficiency to assess RNA polymerase II occupancy, chromatin binding profiles, and INTS6-associated RNA targets. These datasets support the mechanistic findings that INTS6 regulates transcriptional control and RNA processing during neurodevelopment.
