Environmental endocrine disruptors, redox-mitochondrial signatures, and male infertility: processed analysis data and scripts

This dataset contains processed evidence tables, figure files, and analysis scripts supporting the manuscript Environmental endocrine disruptors, redox-mitochondrial signatures, and male infertility: an integrated NHANES, testicular transcriptomic, single-cell, and Mendelian randomization study. The project integrates public NHANES biomonitoring data, public GEO testicular transcriptomic datasets, public single-cell testis references, GTEx/eQTL resources, and GWAS Catalog summary statistics. The archived package includes supplementary tables in XLSX and CSV formats, processed NHANES/GEO/single-cell/MR outputs, final figure files, analysis scripts, and checksum manifests. This archive stores processed tables and scripts only. It does not redistribute commercial reference materials, journal PDF files, raw single-cell matrices, individual-level NHANES analysis datasets, or other restricted raw data.
