Joint scVI / VeloVI / RegVelo AnnData for plasma-cell differentiation in two highly sensitized transplant candidates and the Human Tonsil Atlas Processed AnnData objects for a Tonsil Atlas–anchored scVI integration of two highly sensitized transplant candidates (P1, CAR T treated; P2, evaluated but untreated) with Human Tonsil Atlas plasma cells (R Massoni-Badosa et al., Immunity 2024). The primary file joint_scvi_velovi_regvelo_P1_P2_Tonsil_PC.h5ad combines scVI embeddings/annotations, VeloVI RNA-velocity layers/graphs, and RegVelo TF-velocity outputs. Component scVI, VeloVI, RegVelo, and spliced/unspliced files are included with the same P1/P2 labeling.
