List of press titles benefiting from the QFRPA. Aid to regional, departmental and local political and general information dailies with low resources for classified ads (QFRPA, Decree No 89-529 of 28 July 1989) concerns about 15 titles each year whose classified ad revenue represented less than 5% of their total advertising revenue.
