These data files are for the research article to Processes titled "Iterative Method for Tuning Multiloop PID Controllers Based on Single Loop Robustness Specifications in the Frequency Domain", doi: https://doi.org/10.3390/pr9010140.The files include scripts, functions and data (files .mat) to obtain the results and figures of the examples in the paper, and some of these figures in format .fig.All these data, scripts and functions are coded in MATLAB language (https://es.mathworks.com/products/matlab.html) using its Control toolbox. The files were run on a PC with Windows 10.There are two folders, one for each example presented in the article.  A) Folder DataExample1_2x2 includes:- Fig10.fig: Figure 10 in .fig format.- Data files in .mat format with the data corresponding to the simulation responses of the five controllers designed for this example: datosWB_MF.mat, datosWB_MG.mat, datosWB_MFMG.mat, datosWB_MS.mat, and datosWB_ML. mat.- fig11simulation.m: script to plot the simulation results of the proposed controllers and obtain Figure 11 in the paper. B) Folder DataExample2_3x3 includes:- Ogms.mat and Oglm.mat: data files with the data corresponding to the design procedure performed to obtain the two proposed controllers in example 2, such as parameters and specifications for each iteration.- Ex2_fig12iteration.m: script to obtain Figure 12, related to the convergence of the proposed iterative procedure.- Ex2_fig13nyquist.m: script to plot Figure 12 with the Nyquist diagrams of the loops of this example. This figure is also included in Figure13.fig.- rango_wg.m: function to calculate the frequency range of interest of a transfer function.- margenes.m: function to calculate different robustness margins of a ftla in tf format or frd object.- miNyquist.m: function to plot the Nyquist plot of a ftla together with the robustness margins in tf format or frd object.- Data files in .mat format with the data corresponding to the simulation responses of the controllers compared in this example: datosOgMs.mat, datosOgLMR.mat, datosOgVu.mat, and datosOgHuang.mat.- Ex2_fig14simulation.m: script to plot the simulation results of the different controllers in the example 2 and obtain Figures 14 and 15.
