Greenhouse gas flux and environmental data from Atta cephalotes nest: Variation in greenhouse gas fluxes in the nests of leaf-cutting ants (Atta cephalotes) across a dry-wet seasonal transition

Dataset includes gas flux data, soil surface and underground moisture, soil temperature, ant activity levels, nest hole area, distance to rivers, soil type/class, and topographical wetness index. All of this data was compiled during the summer 2023 field season at La Selva Biological Station in north-eastern Costa Rica.
