In this study we investigate the adaptative evolution of the Pbunavirus phage PE1 to biofilms formed by a P. aeruginosa strain isolated from a CF patient with chronic lung infection. This dataset consists of multiple P. aeruginosa clones derived from. 24hC: a 24 h biofilm without phage treatment. 48hC: a 48 h biofilm without phage treatment. plusPE: a 24 h old biofilm with additional 24 h phage treatment.
