Analysis of avirulence frequencies using population-level markers

We developed high-throughput sequencing-based molecular markers for Leptosphaeria maculans avirulence or virulence towards five Brassica napus resistance genes that allow their frequency to be determined within entire populations, rather than individual isolates.
