SoyFGB

SoyFGB v2.0 includes 2214 accessions (2K-SG) from four major soybean production and distribution areas (Asia, America, Europe and Africa) based on the core collection strategy of the CNSGB. The 2K-SG dataset comprises four major classes of soybean species; cultivated species (1993 G. max), annual wild species (218 G. soja), perennial wild species (2 G. tomentella), and others (1 G. tabacine).SoyFGB v2.0数据集依托中国国家大豆种质资源库（Chinese National Soybean Genebank, CNSGB）的核心种质策略，收录了来自亚洲、美洲、欧洲、非洲四大大豆主产与流通区域的2214份种质资源（2K-SG）。该2K-SG数据集涵盖四大类大豆种质：栽培大豆（G. max）1993份、一年生野生大豆（G. soja）218份、多年生野生大豆（G. tomentella）2份，以及其他类（G. tabacine）1份。
