Purpose and Use: Polygon feature that represents shape and location of parcel outlines. Data Source: Updated and maintained by the City of San Marcos. Contact: Planning Division, [e-mail] Data Collection Methodology: Data updated through plats. Temporal Coverage: Data collection is still ongoing. Update Frequency: Data is still being submitted as collection is still ongoing. If any errors occur during initial submission, those are reported and updated as needed. Jurisdiction: City of San Marcos Field Descriptions: MAXIMOID: Unique integer. Combined with PFX field to create a unique ID in utilities Maximo asset management system. MAXIMO PREFIX: Unique ID used in utilities Maximo asset management system. Concatenation of MAXIMOID and PFX. PARCEL_ID: City assigned parcel ID. For Hays County it’s the same as Hays CAD Quick Ref ID. For all other counties it’s a concatenation between that County abbreviation and the parcel’s Property ID. County abbreviations are as follows GC= Guadalupe, CO = Comal, and CA = Caldwell. TAXID: Property ID assigned by the applicable appraisal district. ADDTAXID: Additional tax ID in case there are multiple owners ADDRESS: Numeric identifier of a location (address number) PREFIXDIR: Leading directional prefix N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW. STREET: Street name STTYPE: Type of street following the street name (such as Dr. or Ln.) FULLADDR: Full address of the parcel ACREAGE: Total acreage of the parcel SF: Whether the parcel is used for single family or not RESIDENTIAL: Whether the parcel is used for residential NUMUNITS: Total units on the parcel NUMROOMS: Total rooms on the parcel CITYLIMIT: Whether the parcel is in the city limits YEARBUILT: When the first building was finished on the parcel VACANT: Whether the parcel is vacant LOT_NUM: The lot number BLOCK_NUM: The block number ZONECODE: The zone code APPRAISALDATA: The link to the county appraisal site for the parcel PFX: Code Type used for address points in the Maximo asset management system. Used by an attribute rule to concatenate new MaximoIDPFX field. Should always be 'PRCL'.用途与适用场景：本数据集为多边形要素集合，用于表征各地块轮廓的形状与地理位置。 数据来源：由圣马科斯市（City of San Marcos）负责更新与维护。 联系方式：规划部门（Planning Division），官方邮箱：[e-mail] 数据采集方法：通过宗地图（plats）开展数据更新工作。 时间覆盖范围：数据采集工作仍在持续进行中。 更新频率：因数据采集尚未完成，相关数据将持续提交；若初始提交环节出现错误，将根据实际需求进行报错与修正。 管辖范围：圣马科斯市（City of San Marcos）行政辖区。 字段说明： MAXIMOID：唯一整数标识符，需与PFX字段组合，方可在公用设施Maximo资产管理系统（Maximo asset management system）中生成唯一识别ID。 MAXIMO PREFIX：公用设施Maximo资产管理系统（Maximo asset management system）中使用的唯一标识符，由MAXIMOID与PFX字段拼接生成。 PARCEL_ID：城市分配的地块编号。针对海斯县（Hays County），该编号与海斯CAD快速参考ID（Hays CAD Quick Ref ID）完全一致；针对其余所有县级行政区，该编号由该县缩写与地块的物业ID拼接而成。县级行政区缩写规则如下：GC=瓜达卢佩县（Guadalupe），CO=科马尔县（Comal），CA=考德威尔县（Caldwell）。 TAXID：由所属税务评估区分配的物业ID。 ADDTAXID：附加税务ID，用于存在多位产权人的场景。 ADDRESS：位置的数字标识，即门牌号。 PREFIXDIR：前置方向前缀，涵盖N（北）、S（南）、E（东）、W（西）、NE（东北）、NW（西北）、SE（东南）、SW（西南）。 STREET：街道名称。 STTYPE：街道名称后的街道类型后缀，例如Dr.即大道、Ln.即小巷等。 FULLADDR：地块的完整地址信息。 ACREAGE：地块的总英亩面积。 SF：用于标识地块是否用于单户住宅用途。 RESIDENTIAL：用于标识地块是否用于住宅用途。 NUMUNITS：地块上的总单元数量。 NUMROOMS：地块上的总房间数量。 CITYLIMIT：用于标识地块是否处于城市行政辖区范围内。 YEARBUILT：地块上首栋建筑的完工年份。 VACANT：用于标识地块是否处于空置状态。 LOT_NUM：地块编号。 BLOCK_NUM：街区编号。 ZONECODE：区域分区代码。 APPRAISALDATA：指向对应县级行政区税务评估网站的地块查询链接。 PFX：Maximo资产管理系统（Maximo asset management system）中用于地址点的代码类型，通过属性规则拼接生成新的MaximoIDPFX字段，其取值应始终为'PRCL'。
