We show in prostate cancer cells that LSD1 co-localizes with FOXA1 and active enhancer markers (H3K4me2), and that LSD1 inhibition globally disrupts FOXA1 chromatin binding. LNCaP cells were treated with vehicle or DHT and together with or without GSK2879552 for 24 hrs Please note that each processed data was generated from both replicates and is linked to the corresponding rep1 sample records.
