Intake of mushroom increases the amount of intestinal short-chain fatty acids and immunoglobulin A depending on the gut environments: a randomized controlled study

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of mushroom consumption on the amount of intestinal IgA. We also aimed to comprehensively evaluate gut microbiome and intestinal metabolomome, and to conduct exploratory analysis of their relationship with IgA.
