Arcyria and allied genera: taxonomic backbone and characters evolution

The dataset contains processed 18S, EF-a, 16S and concatenated dna alignments in .fasta format used in the study. By "processed" we mean that unalignable parts and intrones were cut out, and margins trimmed if necessary. Original alignments can be reconstructed using the sequences table (Table 2) from the study with algorithms described in the Methods.
