去甲万古霉素产生菌基因组数据集,包含去甲万古霉素产生菌的全基因组Fasta序列。基因组由实验室人员采集,并送交华大基因公司采用Illumina Hiseq2000 平台及Pacbio RSII平台测序。采集地点为北京市,采集时间2017年5月。
