The keeping of a Minute Book recording meetings of the creditors of an insolvent estate was mandated by the Insolvency Act 1915. These meetings brought together the creditors with the purpose of seeking to achieve a Court supervised settlement of the debts owing creditors or an agreement to permit the insolvent to attempt to retrieve the position by continued trading.The P1 consignment of VPRS 12475 was previously registered as VPRS 10551 unit 5. It was reserialised in 2001 as part of the ARAD Project.
