Comprehensive analysis of microRNAs in brain-derived extracellular vesicles (BDEV) from serum of mice subjected to acute stress.

An comprehensive analysis of 1900 miRNAs revealed an 8-fold increase in 65 miRNAs compared to the control group. Brain-derived extracellular vesicles were purified and microRNAs were extracted from the serum of 8 mice in the restraint water immersion stress (RWIS) group (n=2) and control group (n=2), respectively.
