We performed single-cell RNA sequencing on murine dorsal telencephalon isolated at gestational day (GD) 14.5, 48 hours after dams are exposed to ethanol or control air in a vapour chamber for 1 hour. Overall design: Pregnant C57Bl6/J mice served as controls or were exposed to ethanol vapor on gestational day (GD) 12.5. On GD14.5, fetal dorsal telencephalon, excluding ganglionic eminences, cortical hem and overlying meningeal tissue, was micro-dissected. A total of 12 samples (6 male and 6 female samples), originating from 6 pregnant dams, 3 alcohol-treated (alcohol dose ranged from 210-260 mg/dL ) and 3 control.
