Single-cell RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from Kimura disease patient treated with dupilumab

We performed single-cell RNA sequencing of PBMCs from Kimura disease patient succesfully treated with dupilumab to explore the mechanism of action of dupilumab treatment. Overall design: We collected PBMCs seven days before the first administration of dupilumab and 14 months after the initiation of dupilumab, respectively.
