Comprehensive downstream mapping of HNF4α revealed its role in regulating GC metabolism via regulation of IDH1 HNF4α ChIP-seq of GC cell lines, RNA-seq data of HNF4α perturbation and transcritome primary GC dataset were integrated to reveal HNF4α regulating biological processes and targets in GC, thus provide new therapeutic opportunity.
