Lack of correspondence between acoustics indices and urbanization along an urban-forest gradient in north-eastern Brazil

This repository contains the data and scripts used to investigate the relationship between acoustic indices and environmental variables along a land-use and vegetation structure gradient in northeastern Brazil. The dataset includes acoustic metrics derived from passive acoustic monitoring, environmental variables associated with sampling sites, and R scripts used for statistical analyses.
