Rainfall-induced hydroplaning risk over road infrastructure of the continental USA

The data and codes uploaded here can be used to quantify rainfall-induced hydroplaning risk for road accidents and its temporal evolution on account of variations in spatio-temporal patterns of precipitation under changing climate. The analysis is carried out over all the road sections within the continental USA.
