To understand immunological difference between germ-free (GF) mice as compared with specific-pathogen free (SPF) mice. Overall design: We obtained mouse ear skin treated with Ethanol and MC903 (material that induced skin inflammation). Skin tissues were processed for bulk RNA sequencing.
