High‐resolution bathymetry and water quality dataset from Guana Lake in Northeast Florida, USA
收藏资源简介:
The dataset comprises high-resolution measurements of water quality, water depth, and bathymetry collected in Guana Lake (Florida, USA) during a four-day field survey conducted on 19–21 April and 2 May 2023. Water quality parameters include water temperature (°C), specific conductivity (µS cm⁻¹), salinity (ppt), dissolved oxygen (DO; mg L⁻¹), pH, turbidity (FNU), chlorophyll-a (RFU), and fluorescent dissolved organic matter (fDOM; RFU). The dataset is organized into the following zip archives: txt.zip: Contains the georeferenced datasets collected in the lake, including timestamp, latitude, longitude, and measured values for all parameters. ascii.zip: Contains gridded ASCII raster files of water quality parameters, bed elevation, and water depth derived from the datasets in txt.zip. The spatial resolution of the raster files is 10 m. pdf.zip: Contains vector-based PDF maps generated from the ASCII raster files using ArcGIS Pro. prodss.zip: Contains water quality data collected using a handheld YSI ProDSS instrument, used to validate the autonomous survey data provided in txt.zip. metadata.zip: Contains metadata files describing the structure, units, and content of the datasets included in txt.zip. matlab.zip: Contains the MATLAB scripts used to generate the gridded ASCII raster files from the datasets in txt.zip and to perform cross-validation between the autonomous measurements (txt.zip) and the handheld ProDSS data (prodss.zip).
