Sequencing library preparation with SDL-TOPO procedure.. Homo sapiens strain:NA

SDL-TOPO is a unique procedure that enables higher-efficiency sequencing library preparation from single-strand DNA (ssDNA). It can be used with and without bisulfite treatment, which means methylome analysis of ssDNA can be done with the protocol. This project performed sequencing library preparations from chemically synthesized random 50-mer and cell-free DNA prepared from human blood with and without bisulfite treatment.
