JR20131005 (AMT23, JR300) CTD profiles (pressure, temperature, salinity, potential temperature, density, fluorescence, transmissance, downwelling PAR, dissolved oxygen concentration) calibrated and binned to 1 dbar.

This dataset consists of 65 CTD profiles (pressure, temperature, salinity, potential temperature, density, fluorescence, transmissance, downwelling PAR, dissolved oxygen concentration) collected during the Atlantic Meridional Transect programme cruise AMT23 (JR20131005, JR300). The cruise period was between the 1st October and 11th November 2013, and CTD data were collected between the 9th October and 6th November 2013. The cruise track between Immingham, United Kingdom and Stanley, Falkland Islands (Malvinas) passed through both North and South Atlantic gyres. This dataset contributes to the AMT time-series of core oceanographic measurements along a north-south transect of the Atlantic Ocean. The profile down casts have been processed, quality controlled, calibrated for salinity, oxygen and fluorescence, then binned to 1 dbar.
