Genomic biosurveillance of Phytophthora ramorum

Using massive genome sequencing of the oomycet pathogen Phytophthora ramorum causing sudden oak death in North America and sudden larch death in Europe, we investigate the invasion history of this pathogen and aim to trace current pathways of spread.
