This submission contains high-resolution spatial transcriptomic data generated using the 10x Genomics Visium HD platform. The study investigates the spatial heterogeneity of the immune microenvironment in human Randall's Plaque (RP) tissues. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections of renal papillae containing calcium oxalate stone nidi were sequenced to map the anatomical localization of specific cell populations. Specifically, this dataset focuses on identifying the spatial distribution of IL6-expressing renal interstitial fibroblasts (IL6+ RIFs) and GPNMB-expressing macrophages in relation to hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystal deposition sites.
