This is transcriptome data of 4-week-old Arabidopsis leaves exposed to 11 different naturally-occurring cytokinins during dark-induced senescence over four-time points (2, 48, 96, and 144 hours) to understand 1) temporal dynamics of cytokinin regulation of leaf senescence, and 2) the differences between the various naturally-occurring cytokinins.cytokinins used in this study are the four cytokinin base forms: trans-Zeatin (tZ), Dihidro-Zeatin (DZ), isopentyl adenine (iP), cis-Zeatin (cZ), N7-glucosides: trans-Zeatin-N7-glucoside (tZ7G), isopentyl adenine-N7-glucoside (iP7G), Dihidro-Zeatin-N7-glucoside (DZ7G), and N9-glucosides tZ9G, iP9G, DZ9G, and cZ9G.
