资源简介:
"Dataset DescriptionThis dataset contains 60 CSV files, comprising 30 charging test files and 30 discharging test files. In all experimental tests, four lithium-ion cells of the INR18650-30Q model were connected in series, with a nominal voltage of 4.2 V and a nominal capacity of 3000 mAh. It is important to note that all cells used in the experiments were new, presenting a state of health (SOH) of 100%.The charging tests were performed using the constant current–constant voltage (CC–CV) method, as described below:Charging files numbered from 1 to 10: charging with a current of 1 A;Charging files numbered from 11 to 20: charging with a current of 2 A;Charging files numbered from 21 to 30: charging with a current of 3 A.The discharging tests were conducted using fixed resistive loads and are organized as follows:Discharging files numbered from 1 to 10: discharging with a fixed load of 16.8 Ω and an initial current of approximately 1 A;Discharging files numbered from 11 to 20: discharging with a fixed load of 8.4 Ω and an initial current of approximately 2 A;Discharging files numbered from 21 to 30: discharging with a fixed load of 5.6 Ω and an initial current of approximately 3 A.Each discharging cycle starts with all cells fully charged to 4.2 V and ends when the cell voltage reaches the lower cut-off limit of 2.5 V.During each experimental cycle, the following parameters were recorded:Individual voltage of each cell;Surface temperature of cells 3 and 4;Charging or discharging current.Data acquisition was performed using an ESP32 microcontroller connected to an ADS1115 analog-to-digital converter. Voltage measurements were obtained through voltage dividers connected to the ADS1115. Charging and discharging currents were measured using a LAH50-P (50 A) current sensor, while the surface temperature of the cells was monitored using a DS18B20 sensor. The current and temperature sensors were connected directly to the ESP32.The ESP32 was connected to a computer via a serial interface, and the data were visualized in real time using MATLAB software.
