Mungbean Yields in Australia via Optimal Sowing Dates

The aim of this study was to determine what sowing window was optimal for maximizing yield while minimizing risk of crop failure at seven sites in QLD and northern NSW at different initial soil water levels. The study also examined how mungbean water use efficiency and the water status for the subsequent crop in the rotation differed depending on when the mungbeans were sown.
