Validation of identified genes by siRNA treatment.

The PPP sensitivity ratio was calculated as fluorescence from wells treated with PPP to those treated without PPP.Statistical significance was calculated using the T test compared to the wells treated with negative control siRNA.↓ = Trend in decreased tolerance to PPP, p↑ = Trend in increased tolerance to PPP, pNS = No statistically significant change.
