Description of the data and file structure:Trajectories filesIn the format of GroupX_Y.csv where X is the group number and Y is the run number, ordered chronologically. For dates see paper.These files include the trajectories of the fish in the 4 groups of <i>Dascyllus marginatus</i> studied. Each group has 3-5 fish, named based on their position around the coral (front, top, east, west or back).Each file has 6 columns:x - the x coordinate of the fish in meters. Positive x is directed to east. Zero is center of the coral. NaNs are missing data.y - the y coordinate of the fish in meters. Positive y is directed north. Zero is center of the coral. NaNs are missing data.z - the z coordinate of the fish in meters. Positive z is directed up. Zero is center of the coral. NaNs are missing data.frame_num - the frame number of the video.
