Ubiquitin-specific protease 39 (USP39), a spliceosome component of the U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP complex, plays potential roles in various solid tumors. Nonetheless, the roles and mechanisms underlying USP39-regualted mRNA splicing remain elusive in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). To elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying the tumor-promoting function of USP39, PLC-8024 USP39-knockdown and control cells were collected for transcriptome sequencing.
