SEA2SEE MOOC - Participants' List, Pre-course and Feedback Surveys Results
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the anonymized results collected through the pre-course and post-course surveys of the SEA2SEE Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Navigating the Sea to Plate Journey for Responsible Seafood Consumption. The course was developed within the Horizon Europe SEA2SEE project to improve seafood literacy and promote informed, sustainable seafood consumption. The dataset includes participants' responses on their knowledge, perceptions, attitudes, and intended behaviours related to seafood sustainability, fisheries, aquaculture, traceability, and responsible seafood consumption before and after completing the course. It also contains feedback on the learning experience, course satisfaction, perceived learning outcomes, and self-reported behavioural changes. The dataset is intended to support research on ocean literacy, consumer engagement, environmental education, and the evaluation of educational interventions promoting sustainable seafood consumption. The workbook contains three sheets: Participants' list (course participation and activity data); Pre-course Survey Results (baseline knowledge, attitudes, and demographics); Feedback Survey Results (post-course learning outcomes, behavioural intentions, and course evaluation). All personal identifiers have been removed or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. The SEA2SEE MOOC and its surveys were co-developed by the SEA2SEE consortium within WP2 - Consumers' Engagement (WWF Portugal, Ethic Ocean, SEAentia, NAYS, CCMAR, TILKAL, Landing Aquaculture and SUBMON).
