Booth_et_al_2018_MEPS_Data_and_Code

This file contains both the data files and code associated with each figure and analysis from this study (including supplemental information). Each folder within the file contains the data file(s) for each figure, and the .R file contains all the code used for analyses except that used for Figure 5 (a Matlab file, extension .m, stored with the data in the 'Fig.5' folder). The data and code for the supplemental information are stored together in the SI folder.
