Dissolved nutrient samples collected in the Fram Strait as part of the Changing Arctic Ocean programme during cruise JR17005, May-June 2018.

Samples for dissolved nutrients were collected from CTD niskin bottles during cruise JR17005 in the Fram Strait (May - June 2018) as part of the Changing Arctic Ocean programme. Dataset consists of ammonia/ium, silicate, phosphate, nitrate and nitrite measurements in μM L^-1 and μM kg^-1 units. Ammonia/ium and silicate samples were collected in acid cleaned PE 50 mL centrifuge vials and measured shortly after collection (within 24 hours) on the vessel by the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) using a Lachat Quik Chem 8500 Flow injection analyser. Phosphate, nitrate and nitrite samples were collected in 100 mL acid cleaned HDPE bottles and frozen immediately. These were measured using a Bran and Luebbe, QuAAtro 5-channel continuous flow analyser from filtered frozen samples on land by the University of Liverpool.
