Organic vegetables of the total vegetables sales in Coop stores in Denmark 2007-2015

This statistic shows the share of organic vegetables of the total vegetable sales in Coop grocery stores in Denmark in selected years from 2007 to 2015. During this period, the share of organic vegetables of the total vegetable sales increased. While in 2007, organic coarse vegetables had a share of roughly 17 percent, it rose up to a share of nearly 23 percent of Coop store's total vegetable sales in 2015. That year, organic food had a share of more than 9 percent of the total food sales of the grocery retailer.
