Brazil: number of new vehicle registrations 2008-2022, by type

In 2022, around 1.57 million new cars were registered in Brazil. An increase of one percent in comparison to the 1.62 million new cars registered in the previous year. There were also nearly 384,000 light commercial vehicles registered in the South American country.
