GBS data for Euphilotes pallescens project

These data were used to quantify geographic patterns of genetic variation across eleven localities for Euphilotes pallscens in the Great Basin desert (Nevada, USA) plus eight localities of other Euphilotes species from California, Oregon and Wyoming, USA. The goals of the project were to quantify population genomic variation for the species to inform conservation management for several threatened subspecies.
