Lexical Signatures of Physical Constant NamesA Report on Numerical Correspondences in CODATA 2022 TerminologySaxon Ventura Research Ltd.January 2026AbstractWe report the lexical signatures of names used in the CODATA 2022 Recommended Values ofthe Fundamental Physical Constants. Using a 10-parameter fingerprint formula applied toEnglish words, we document correspondences between word-derived numerical values andphysical constant values. This report presents data without interpretation. Key findings include:GAS sums to 27 exactly; BOHR has weighted sum 128; KLITZING sits at exact alphabeticequilibrium (M/n = 13.5) with sum 108 = 4 x 27; MUONENERGY sums to 137; andELECTRONPROTONMOMENT sums to 270 = 10 x 27 at exact equilibrium. All calculations arereproducible using the methods described.1. MethodsFor each English word, we assign letter values A=1, B=2, ..., Z=26. We then compute 10 parameters:1. n = word length (number of letters)2. M = sum of letter values3. DR = digital root of M (iterated digit sum until single digit)4. M/n = positional ordinal value (POV)5. W = weighted sum: sum of (position x letter value)6. CPS = cyclic product sum: sum of (letter[i] x letter[i+1 mod n])7. W/n = weighted sum per letter8. CPS/n = cyclic product sum per letter9. W/CPS = ratio of weighted sum to cyclic product sum10. (W+CPS)/n = combined sum per letterThe fingerprint (FP) is the arithmetic mean of these 10 parameters:FP = (n + M + DR + M/n + W + CPS + W/n + CPS/n + W/CPS + (W+CPS)/n) / 10A word is at "equilibrium" when M/n = 13.5 (the midpoint of the alphabet, (1+26)/2). Words with digitalroot 9 are in the "completion tier" (since all multiples of 9 reduce to 9).2. Data SourceWe analyzed the names of constants in CODATA 2022 Internationally Recommended Values of theFundamental Physical Constants, maintained by the Committee on Data for Science and Technology(CODATA) under the International Science Council.
