In this experiment, we extracted bone marrow cells from both wild-type mice and stomatin global knockout mice, subsequently adding 50 ng/ml of M-CSF to induce their differentiation into macrophages. Differential gene expression and associated enriched signaling pathways were analyzed through RNA sequencing. Osteoclasts in bone marrow differentiate from macrophages. This experiment aims to clarify the potential influence and mechanisms of STOM on the precursor cells involved in osteoclast differentiation.
