资源简介:
We report both raw and processed scRNA-seq profiling reveals how root tissues adapt to soil conditions and compaction stress Overall design: scRNA-seq of 10 wild type (X.kitaake) grown in gel conditions, 2 wilde type grown in non-compacted soil conditions and 2 wild type grown in compacted soil conditions. The supplemtary file (Rice_12S_WT_atlas_seu3.rds.gz) contains another wild type (ZH11) grown in petri dish with wet filter paper from the previously published work: Zhang et al. PMID: 33824350; NCBI accession numbers “PRJNA706435” and “PRJNA706099”. scRNA-seq of 2 kitaake grown in gel conditions, 2 Kitaake grown in non-compacted soil conditions.
