Fitness trend among youth- a study of Ludhiana city

This study was conducted to find out the fitness tend among the youth in Ludiana city. First hand data was gathered to conduct research by using questionnaires. The data was gathered by using questionnaires then interpreted into tabular and graphical format for better understanding. Questions to find out perception of respondents towards fitness, the type of activities they partake in to remain fit and the type of food they eat to remain healthy were asked.
