资源简介:
Okadaic acid (OA) is a widely distributed marine biotoxin with cytotoxic, genotoxic, tumor-promoting, and even carcinogenic properties. The increased foodborne poisoning risk of OA due to marine pollution made it more unignorable. However, the toxic mechanism is not clear yet in vivo. The interaction between OA and bacteria suggest that gut bacteria have a potential role in the toxicity of OA, which may be one of the reasons for the complex toxicity of OA, but it needs to be confirmed. This project is dedicated to studying differences in diversity of gut bacteria in rats after OA exposure.
