RNA-Seq analysis comparing transcriptome of transgenic and wild hybrid poplar under both greenhouse and sunlight exposed conditions

We compared the transcriptiome of MYB165-overexpressing and wild type hybrid poplars and try to identify the differentially expressed genes. Six wild type and six MYB165-overexpressing transgenic poplars were grown in greenhouse for two months. For sunlight treatment, three wild type and three MYB165-overexpressing transgenic poplars were moved outside of greenhouse and exposed to sunlight for a week in August 2014. Leaves number 7-10 (LPI7-10) were harvested and analyzed.
