Vulnerability and readiness to climate change index in Indonesia 1995-2019

In 2019, Indonesia scored 46.73 points on the ND-GAIN Country Index, which measures climate change vulnerability and preparedness. This puts Indonesia on the 103rd rank out of 182 countries. Over the previous two decades, there was only a slight improvement in Indonesia for climate change preparedness. In the Southeast Asian region, Singapore received the highest score of 71.2. Indonesia was also outscored by Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
