Gemini 3D simulation reference data https://www.github.com/gemini3d/gemini v2.4.0 all-Python processing, new sim shape: lx1=40, lx2=20, lx3=18. This will help avoid confusion between dimensions when debugging. Prior shape was 40,20,20 which led to ambiguity in debugging. Note: versions 2.2 and 2.3 were not used, put version 2.4.0 to match 2D test data version.
