TFBIcomp_repro_pack_p2

Reproducibility pack for Thermal Farley-Buneman Instability paper by the people listed as creators and contributors here. (Paper officially published to ApJ on June 3, 2025; see: https://doi.org/10.3847/1538-4357/adcd70.) This repro pack (combined with data from the original pack, see below) is sufficient to generate all plots and some (all?) computed values (discussed in the text of the paper) in the second submitted version of our paper. This pack provides additional data, and a new Jupyter notebook. To use this repro pack, first download and follow installation instructions from the original TFBIcomp_repro_pack (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13935288). Then, run the new Jupyter notebook (from ...pack_p2) instead of the notebook from the original repro_pack. More detailed description is available within the TFBIcomp_repro_pack. See data_README.txt for detailed descriptions of the data contents within TFBIcomp_repro_pack_p2. The plots_output_reference here shows the plots created when we ran the code here (after following the installation instructions above). Note that there is one plot missing from that folder due to a typo (commented-out the "savefig" command for the plot) however a version of the plot is visible within the Jupyter notebook. The missing plot is named "2d_density 2b_3a_3b.png". If you un-comment the savefig command and rerun the cell, that plot should be generated appropriately.
